d100 Hidden Truths is a quick-reference table of secret motives, concealed agendas, and unexpected revelations that can reshape your story. These prompts are intentionally flexible, helping Game Masters introduce twists, deepen faction conflicts, or reveal that something larger is happening behind the scenes.

Use this table when:

• Players uncover new information
• A villain or faction needs a deeper motive
• You want to introduce a twist or hidden agenda
• A conflict feels too straightforward
• You need a reveal that changes how players view the situation

These hidden truths can reveal secret betrayals, false accusations, hidden manipulators, misunderstood enemies, escalating threats, and long-buried secrets that suddenly come to light.

The entries are system-neutral and open-ended, making them easy to adapt to fantasy campaigns, mysteries, political intrigue, faction conflicts, or sandbox adventures.
